There is no doubt that the eyes are one of the most delicated organs of the human body, they are very complex and are composed by sensory cells that are link directly to the brain, making it possible for us to see shapes and colors.
Throughout our life they develop, for various reasons, diseases and deterioration of sight. The most common diseases are: night blindness, glaucoma, cataracts, eye strain, among others.
Fortunately there are ways to take care of our sight by simply consuming certain foods like fruits and vegetables. Especially foods that provide us with vitamins A, C and E, minerals like copper and zinc that have antioxidants and amino acids.

Fruit and Yogurt Juice.

Wash the fruits carefully and mix all ingredients in blender. Take once a week regularly and help improve eyesight.
Banana and Mango Juice.
This juice also helps protect the ear and stands out with good amount of vitamin A.
Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy a refreshing drink.
A Juice rich in beta carotene.
It will provide night vision.
- 3 red apples, choped.
- 1 cup of carrot juice.
Mix all ingredients in a blender, take daily for best results.
Peas and fruit juice.
Although it is rare, this is one of the most effective mixtures.
- Cooked peas
- Cooked carrots
- Smash Apple
- Natural Yogurt
- Fresh Mint.
Blend all ingredients and take it daily.
Honey and Dandelion Infusion.
Infusions are also effective in this case.
- Dye dandelion flowers.
- ½ cup of hot water.
Boil dry dandelion flowers for 15 minutes, allow to stand, strain and serve; add honey to taste. Take two cups a day.
